• Property Applications: Registering does not guarantee that a property will be offered to you. Property offers are subject to landlord approval and successful referencing.
• Referencing Consent: If you apply for a property, your personal and financial details will be shared with our nominated third-party referencing companies to conduct credit history checks, employment verification, and landlord reference checks.
• No Tenant Fees: We will not charge you any fees to register, view properties, or undergo reference checks, in strict accordance with the Tenant Fees Act.

For Landlords

By registering an account on this website to list your property or use our services, you understand and agree that:

• Accuracy of Listings: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all property details, pricing, and media uploaded to your listings are accurate and legally compliant.
• Compliance & Safety: You confirm that your property meets all current UK safety and letting regulations (including valid EPC, Gas Safety, and EICR certificates) before a tenancy begins.
• Instruction of Agency: Registering on the portal does not automatically create a binding management contract. A separate, formal Terms of Business agreement must be signed between you and our agency before we can market your property or collect rent.
• Data Privacy: You agree to handle any prospective tenant data passed to you by our agency in strict compliance with the UK GDPR. You must not share tenant data with outside parties without explicit permission.

• Data Processing: We process your personal data securely as outlined in our full Privacy Policy.
• Site Rules: You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to scrape data, or upload harmful or misleading content.
